Preparation instruction: The ham is fully cooked; all you need to do is heat it to serving temperature. (Hams will weigh between 8 & 12 lbs. each). To heat the ham remove outer plastic wrapping. Place ham on a sheet of aluminum foil and cover entirely. Place foil-wrapped ham in an ovenproof pan and heat in preheated 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes per pound. (Smaller hams will probably heat at 8 minutes per pound while larger hams heat at 10 minutes per pound). Therefore, you will need to heat the ham for approximately 1-1 1/2 hours. About 15-20 minutes before the end of the heating time, open the foil and cut across the top of the ham in a crosshatch pattern about 1/2 inch deep. You can then apply pineapples, cherries or any glaze and return to oven for the remaining 15-20 minutes. For an easy glaze, mix 1/3 cup pineapple or orange juice, 2 Tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp prepared mustard. Brush over top of ham before returning to oven.
