Preparation instruction: BAKING AND PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F, bake 7-10 minutes. DECK OVEN: Preheat oven to 500°F, bake 8-11 minutes. CONVEYOR OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F, bake 4-7 minutes. Handling and Baking Points: 1. Keep frozen until ready to use. 2. Preheat the oven to the above temperature. 3. Pull out the paper liner underneath the pizza crust. Do not bake the pizza with paper. 4. Put pizza crust on a pan or a screen pan. Brush with garlic oil on the edge of the crust if desired and add toppings. 5. Bake pizza at above temperature and time or until golden brown. 6. If products thawed out, top and bake them. Do not refreeze them. 7. Optional: you can thaw the crust in retarder overnight, and then top and bake it. This will generate better flavor and texture in crust. NOTE: Due to variances in oven regulators, cooking time and temperature may require adjustments.
