Preparation instructions: 1. Keep product frozen at 0 F (-18 C) or below until ready to use. 2. Remove desired number of crusts from freezer and keep on pan included in case to prevent cross-contamination. If using your own pan, be sure that it is completely sanitized and separate from flour. 3. Add sauce, cheese, and desired gluten-free toppings. 4. Bake as per recommendations below, or until desired crust color is achieved and cheese is melted. Forced Air Conveyor Oven: 425 F for 5 minutes. Deck Oven: 550 F for 8 to10 minutes. Convection Oven: 325 F for 15 to 20 minutes 5. Remove pizza from oven, and let sit at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
