Preparation instructions: Baking / Handling Instructions:_x000D_ (1) Place (6x8) on standard lined & sprayed sheet (bun) pan. _x000D_ (2) Defrost on a lined and sprayed sheet pan and place in a covered rack and retard overnight in cooler, proof to twice the frozen dough size at (100F / 80 - 85% R.H.)._x000D_ (3) Or defrost on a lined sprayed sheet pan placed in a covered rack at room temperature for approximately 4 hours or until rolls double in size._x000D_ (4) Bake immediately in preheated oven for approximately 9 - 12 minutes or until golden brown._x000D_ Rack oven: 380F (193C)_x000D_ Reel oven: 380F (193C)_x000D_ Deck oven: 350F (177C)_x000D_ Convection oven: 300F (149C)_x000D_ For Convection Oven make sure to turn your tray 180 in the oven after 5 minutes of baking to make sure of even browning. Also use "low fan speed"._x000D_ (5) While still hot, glaze as desired. _x000D_ (6) Cool at room temperature._x000D_ (7) Optional - Ice as desired.
