DESSERT MIX MOUSSE NEUTRAL 1477 INSTANTA convenient, easy to use dry blend that you mix with heavy whipping cream and desired flavor to create a smooth and creamy mousse. Freeze – thaw stable.
Preparation instruction: Place 2 quarts of heavy whipping cream in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add 4 teaspoons of desired flavor and one bag of mousse mix. Suggested flavors might include banana, black walnut, butterscotch, coconut, coffee, kiwi, lemon, maple, orange, peppermint, pineapple and rum. Mix on low speed until thoroughly blended – about 2 minutes – using beaters or wire whip. Scrape down sides of bowl and beaters, Mix at high speed for 1-2 minutes until peaks form. Place in serving glasses and chill at least 30 minutes.For making smaller quantities: Use 1 quart whipping cream and 8 oz. of Instant Neutral Mousse Mix.
