Cool Tap Water, 1 cup or 8 oz. 1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. 2. POUR water into mixing bowl. 3. ADD mix. MIX with paddle on low speed for 30 seconds. 4. SCRAPE down paddle and bowl. MIX with paddle on low speed for 30 seconds. 5. LET batter rest 5 minutes. 6. STIR down batter. SCOOP batter into greased muffin pans using #20 scoop.* 7. BAKE: Standard Oven 18-20 minutes. Convection Oven 12-15 minutes.*NOTE: For oversized muffins, use a #16 scoop.
