Phillips Frozen Signature Crab Cake
Handmade in small batches Made with wild caught crab meat Cooks from thawed or frozen Easy-to-prepare, just bake, broil, deep fry or pan sauté
Preparation and Cooking:
Bake - PAN FRY: Pan Fry over medium heat in oil for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. BAKE from Frozen:Preheat oven to 400°F. Place cakes on a lightly buttered baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes, flip over and bake additional 2-4 minutes until golden brown. Crab cakes are finished when they reach an internal temperature of 165 ºF.
