Preparation instructions: Frying (Preferred) For best results always use clean oil. Dirty oil will make Samosas dark. The finished product should look golden in color. Do not thaw Monsoon Kitchens (MK) Spinach Samosas. Fry 30-40 Samosas at 350F for 4-6 minutes until Samosas are golden brown. Remove Samosas intermittently from oil to prevent darkening. Try one Samosa to make sure they are heated thoroughly. Serve them hot with MK Tamarind Chutney. Oven heating Do not thaw Samosas. Preheat oven at 350F. Place frozen Samosas on a baking sheet.
