Preparation instruction: Pour 2 1/3 cups of warm water (90-110°F) into bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whisk attachment. Pour contents of pouch (16.0 oz) into water. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, until dissolved. Stop mixer and scrape down sides of bowl. Mix on high speed for 4 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Spread prepared meringue over pie filling* and seal to edges. Place pies or tarts immediately into convection or conventional oven preheated to 325°F. Bake 15-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool thoroughly prior to slicing. Keep refrigerated.*Filling can be room temperature, warm or hot.To prepare meringue for one pie, mix 1/3 cup water with 1/3 cup meringue mix.
