Then chill rice until it reaches 40°F for at least 15 seconds, transfer rice to display bowl then garnish and display in cold case. REHEATING FROM COLD CASE: Remove lid from bowl. Microwave on high for 2 ½ to 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. STEAMER: Place bag of IQF Brown Rice into stainless steel (steamer) pan. Cover. Place pan into steamer. Steam for 15 minutes. Stir. Steam for an additional 15 minutes or until hot. MICROWAVE OVEN: Place a bag of IQF Brown Rice into microwave-safe container. Cover. Heat on “HIGH” for 6 minutes. Stir. Heat an additional 5 minutes or until hot. Heating times may vary due to microwave wattage. OVEN OR CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place a bag of IQF Brown Rice into an over-safe pan. Add 1/2 cup of water for each 2 lb of rice. Stir. Cover pan with foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir. Bake for an additional 25 minutes. FOR ALL COOKING METHODS, ENSURE PRODUCT REACHES AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F.
