Vegetable Spring RollPreparation type: HEAT AND SERVE
Preparation instructions: COLD CASE PROGRAM: Heat to 165F using one of the cooking instructions below. Allow product to cool then chill until it reaches 40F. Transfer to display platter and place in cold case. REHEATING FROM COLD CASE: Place in microwave safe container. Microwave on high for 45 - 90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165F. HOT CASE PROGRAM: Deep fry from frozen at 350F for 5-6 minutes. Minimum internal temperature should be 165F for at least 15 seconds.
