There are a significant number of people who dislike Brussels sprouts because they've only had them over-cooked. Brussels sprouts are easy to prepare, simply saute with bacon and onions, roast with pecans and gorgonzola or steam and cover with a creamy cheese sauce. If you give sprouts just a little extra attention (and a little less time in the pot), you'll be rewarded with a nutty, almost sweet, tender-crisp miniature cabbage of love.
