Preparation instruction: Steamer: (Preferred Method) From frozen, place product in a perforated pan. Do not puncture film. Steam for 25-30 minutes and until set and an internal temperature of 180 F is reached. Remove film, invert onto serving plate, unmold and serve. Microwave: For best results, prepare from a thawed state. Thaw for 12 hours under refrigeration. Place product in microwave, do not puncture film. Heat on high (100%) power for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes and until set an internal temperature of 180 F is reached. Let product stand 5 minutes before serving. Remove film, invert onto serving plate, unmold and serve. Please Note: All microwave ovens will vary. Cooking times based on countertop microwave with 800 Watts of cooking power. Cooking times may need to be adjusted for lower or higher wattage microwaves. Re-therm Directions: 1. Prepare product as directed on package or as above. 2. Refrigerate or freeze product until ready to plate. 3. Plate product along with other items such as a vegetable and starch component. To facilitate heating, pour a sauce or gravy over items. * Note: it is best not to exceed a total of 12 oz. of food on any given plate. 4. Re-term according to the Manufacture's guidelines. Conduction Unit: Place dome/cover/lid over the plate. From Thawed: Heat for standard 36 minute cycle. From Frozen: Heat for standard 36 minute cycle. Convection Unit: Place dome/cover/lid over the plate. * Hold product in unti at 38 F for 1 1/2 - 2 hours prior to re-therming. From Thawed: Heat for standard 48 minute cycle. From Frozen: Heat for standard 48 minute cycle.
