Preparation instruction: STEAMER: Preheat steamer. Place unopened bag in perforated tray. Thawed: Steam for 12-15 minutes. Frozen: Steam for 15-18 minutes. BOIL-IN BAG: Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Completely immerse unopened bag in water. Return water to simmer. Rotate bag for even heating. Thawed: Boil for 15-18 minutes. Frozen: Boil for 20-23 minutes. MICROWAVE (1100 WATTS): Cut 1" Slit in center of bag. Cook on HIGH. Turn frequently to prevent scorching. Thawed: Cook for 9-12 minutes. Frozen: Cook for 15-18 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 1/4 size hotel pan with non-stick spray. Remove potatoes from bag. Arrange thawed potatoes in pan. Cover with lid or foil. Stir before serving. Thawed: Bake for 20-23 minutes. Frozen: Not recommended. Thawed: Steam - 12-15 min. Boil - 15-18 min. Frozen: Steam - 15-18 min. Boil - 20-23 min. COMBI OVEN: Thawed: 100%/212ºF/10-13 min. Frozen: 100%/212ºF/17-20 min. MICROWAVE: Thawed: High/9-12 min. Frozen: High/15-18 min. CONVECTION OVEN: 350ºF/20-23 min. 325F for 20 minutes if thawed. Cooking from frozen is not recommended. Preheat oven. Coat half-size hotel pan with non-stick spray. Remove potatoes from bag, arrange thawed potatoes in pan. Cover with lid or foil. Stir before serving. Note: Ideal serving temperature is 190F.
