Expresco Fully Cooked Mediterranean Chicken Skewers
Fully cooked grilled protein
Preparation and Cooking:
Grill - Preheat to high heat. Heat for 5 minutes, either on lightly greased
baking sheet, directly on grill, or in a BBQ metal basket. Turn skewers once halfway through preparing.
Microwave - Place in microwave. Heat on high temperature for 3 minutes.
Griddle Fry - Heat 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of vegetable oil and heat fully cooked
products for 5 minutes. Turn skewers regularly.
