Bridgford Pre-Cut Jumbo Cinnamon Roll Dough, Layer Pack 6715
Bridgford Pre-sliced Gourmet Cinnamon Roll Dough is "convenience packed" in layers. Each Cinnamon Roll Dough piece is individually quick frozen (IQF), enabling the food service operator to instantly pan the number of Cinnamon rolls they desire.
Preparation instruction: Place slices on greased pan so that rolls are touching. Brush dough with melted butter or margarine. Let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven (convection) for 10 to 20 minutes or until a light golden brown and centers of rolls are no longer doughy. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Drizzle with glaze (mix together 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1 to 2 tablespoons milk).
