Preparation instructions: Baking / Handling Instructions:_x000D_  Defrost dough in retarder overnight on standard lined sheet (bun) pan. _x000D_  Place dough in bread strap pan._x000D_  Proof until dough reaches 1/2" above top edge of pan (100F / 80% R.H.)._x000D_ DO NOT OVERPROOF!_x000D_  Bake immediately in preheated oven approx. 35-40 min._x000D_ Rack oven: 380F (195C)_x000D_ Reel oven: 400F (205C)_x000D_ Deck oven: 350F (175C)_x000D_ Convection oven: 330F (165C)_x000D_  Remove bread from pan and place on cooling screen._x000D_  Cool at room temperature.
