Preparation and Cooking:
Pan Fry - Serve hot or cold. Thaw in refrigeration overnight. Preferred cooking method is in a skillet over high heat, stirring frequently for 2 – 3 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. Grill gently after tossing strips in canola oil. Bake only if mixed into sauce or marinade. Treat as cooked chicken & do not overcook.
