Amoy Mini Barbecued Pork Char Siu Bao Bun
Delicate Chinese-style mini bun filled with bbq pork, a miniature smooth top version of our large barbecue bun. Great for buffets, pass around hors d'oeuvres or any special event. Steam, microwave or deep-fry. Traditional taste profile seasoned by oyster sauce and Hoisin sauce. Fully-cooked, Large pieces of diced barbecued pork, trans fat free.
Preparation type: STEAM
Preparation instructions: Steaming Remove frozen bun from bag and place in steam cooker. Bring water to boil and allow steaming for 8-10 minutes or until center temperature reaches 165oF Microwave Remove frozen bun from bag and place on microwavable plate. Cover and microwave for about 30 seconds. Add 30 seconds for each additional bun. Deep-fry Heat oil to 325oF. Deep fry frozen bun for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, put a strainer on top of the bun to avoid floating of the bun in oil.
