Preparation instructions: Stovetop: meat purees may be allowed to thaw under refrigeration for 4- 8 hours. Place unopened bag of meat puree product in a large kettle of water. Bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees f. Steamer: meat purees may be allowed to thaw under refrigeration for 48 hours. Place unopened bag of meat puree product in a hotel pan and slide into steamer. Steam approximately 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees f.
