The perfect starting point for stir-fried entrees or side dishes. 44% Broccoli, 1 1/3" cuts. 29% Sugar Snap Peas. 10% Bean Sprouts. 10% Water Chestnuts. 7% Red pepper, 1/4" strips. PREP INSTRUCTIONS: Cook until tender (stove top, steamer, or microwave) temperature must reach 165°F. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Cold dish: Add product to boiling water, stir, and return to boil. Drain and chill before adding other ingredients.
