Oak Knoll Dairy Farm is Vermonts only Grade A commercial dairy bottling goats milk. The 160 acre farm, on the banks of the Connecticut River, has been conserved since 1998 with the Upper Valley Land Trust, a non-profit agency that preserves farmland, forests and wetland in the Connecticut River Valley. Oak Knoll Dairy is owned and managed by George Redick and Karen Lindbo, a husband and wife team. While their operation is not Certified Organic, most of their practices are, including using non GMO seed for their crops.
