Over a decade ago, Alex ventured away from his jobs at four-star Manhattan restaurants and started a catering business. From this modest catering business born in a small lower eastside Manhattan kitchen, Alex and his business partner created the companys signature snack – Terra Chips®. Today, Alex Dzieduszyckis thirst for innovation, culinary creativity and entrepreneurial expression has lead him to the creation of Alexia Foods.
