In 1970, Sable and Rosenfeld was co-founded by their President Myra Sable and her friend and former partner, Carol Rosenfeld. Within a 30 year span, Sable and Rosenfeld has grown to a team of 200 which facilitates the production and sales distribution of their gourmet products throughout the United States and Canada. As a 10 year member of Sable and Rosenfeld, she brings experience from a retail past and a degree in business administration. Her ability to think from an end-user perspective in combination with marketing strategies and distribution knowledge make her a great asset to the team. Sable and Rosenfeld has become the condiment of choice in many households and restaurants worldwide and a proud recipient of numerous awards including the National Specialty Food Product Line and Grand Show Prize. As a result of Sable and Rosenfelds increased customer base in the United States, Mary ONeill has joined the team as National Sales Manager. In this newly created position, Mary ONeill is responsible for driving sales across the United States and coordinating the growing network of distributors and brokers. Mary previously served as Culinary Director for Famous Industries a mid-west retailer, National Sales Manager for Raisin River Fancy Foods Distribution Company and Chinablue, Inc. a specialty food manufacturer.
