They are proud of their heritage. In 1970, Sable and Rosenfeld was co-founded by their President Myra Sable and her friend and former partner, Carol Rosenfeld. Within a 30 year span, Sable and Rosenfeld has grown to a team of 200 which facilitates the production and sales distribution of their gourmet products throughout the United States and Canada. Sable and Rosenfeld serves the needs of approximately 3,000 gourmet retail enthusiasts across North America.
What began as a love for cooking has grown into one of Canadas most successful, privately owned gourmet food companies. Their mission today, and since their very beginning, is to provide their customers with high quality, zestfully delicious and easy to use condiments for everyday living. Sable and Rosenfeld is made with the freshest ingredients with many products being kosher, low in fat and all natural. In addition, Sable and Rosenfeld products are available in a variety of sizes, retail, gift and food service.
Part of the Sable and Rosenfeld team in the position of Vice President is Kathy Smith. As a 10 year member of Sable and Rosenfeld, she brings experience from a retail past and a degree in business administration. Her ability to think from an end-user perspective in combination with marketing strategies and distribution knowledge make her a great asset to the team.
Sable and Rosenfeld has become the condiment of choice in many households and restaurants worldwide and a proud recipient of numerous awards including the National Specialty Food Product Line and Grand Show Prize.
As a result of Sable and Rosenfelds increased customer base in the United States, Mary ONeill has joined the team as National Sales Manager. In this newly created position, Mary ONeill is responsible for driving sales across the United States and coordinating the growing network of distributors and brokers. Mary previously served as Culinary Director for Famous Industries a mid-west retailer, National Sales Manager for Raisin River Fancy Foods Distribution Company and Chinablue, Inc. a specialty food manufacturer.
