Self-contained, free standing design for produce room with sink and drainboard. TABLE TOP: Stainless steel: 30" wide x 30" deep. Feed Opening: 11" x 16" on "B" Series. 14" x 22" on "C" Series. Top capped on 3 sides with 4" wide NSF approved poly-plas cutting boards. PRODUCE CRATE HOLDER: Stainless steel, mounted to top, two (2) crate capacity. FEED HOPPER: Thick walled cast aluminum, mounts to disposer by use of quick-release head clamps. Provides fast access to disposer without the use of tools. COMPONENTS (PLUMBING/ELECTRICAL):Water spreader inlet, 24" flexible hose, 1/2" solenoid valve, (2) 10 GPM water flow control valves, (1) 1/2" vacuum breaker. FLOOR TO TABLE TOP: 341/2" high.
