Product Description: Lightly dry-roast these nutty, sweet-tasting seeds over medium heat for about a minute and add to numerous Japanese dishes. White sesame seeds are used in many maki (rolled) sushi items as well as in salads and sauces. Combine roasted sesame seeds, mild white vinegar, soy sauce, scallions, and ginger for shabu-shabu dipping sauce.
