Roland Extra Virgin Olive Oil is imported from Liguria, Italy. This area is known to produce some of the finest olives for producing olive oil. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the first passing of tree ripened olives. This oil is only 1% acid and is green/gold to bright green.
