Maple Wasabi Broiled Fish ~ 2 pounds of your favorite fish fillets or steaks & 1 cup WH Maple Wasabi sauce. Spray broiling pan with cooking spray. Season fish with salt & pepper. Place fish on broiler pan and broil or grill until flesh flakes with fork. Liberally apply WH Maple Wasabi sauce while cooking. Maple Wasabi Pork Roast Your favorite Pork Roast (any type) 1 cup WH Maple Wasabi sauce 1 TBLSP Olive oil Salt & Pepper Preheat oven to 450 degree . Rub roast with olive oil and season with Salt & Pepper. Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350 degree . After 45 min, baste with WH Maple Wasabi sauce. Bake until internal roast temperature is 150 degree . Let sit for 10 minutes. Slice and apply additional sauce to roast.
