Marinara is the foundation for our wonderful line of pasta sauces. It is made from 100% imported Italian plum tomatoes, pure Italian olive oil, fresh onions, fresh garlic, fresh basil, sea salt, and the finest spices. This wonderful sauce is slow-cooked for over an hour to achieve a natural sweetness; there is never any sugar, tomato paste or fillers added to our product. This is an excellent topping to your favorite pasta and one 24 oz. jar is perfect for a pound of pasta. The unused contents can be refrigerated and last up to two weeks. This sauce also makes an excellent cooking sauce for meat, fish, or poultry dishes. Every company has a signature product and if we had to pick one, Vodka Sauce would be ours. We were the first company in the country to produce a commercial Vodka Sauce and although there are many imitators, no one makes a Vodka Sauce as good as we do. VICTORIAs Puttanesca Sauce is just the right touch. From the back alleys of Naples a sauce is born, originally named for the "ladies of the evening" because of its spicy robust flavor. Our all-natural mushroom sauce is made from the finest imported Italian porcini mushrooms, which are noted for their hearty robust flavor. To this we have added fresh Pennsylvania portobello mushrooms for body and added flavor. Our all-natural Sicilian Caponata is a spicy eggplant sauce. Caponata is a traditional Sicilian eggplant appetizer and we have made it into a new, exciting pasta sauce.
