Vigo Ham Base is a blending of select spices created to enhance the flavor of a wide variety of foods. Use in soups, sauces, gravies or any other culinary use where the basis of hearty ham flavor is desired. Suggested usage: mix one tablespoon of Vigo Ham Base in 16 oz. of warm water. Additional soup base can be added if a more intense flavor is desired.
