Vigo Adobo is a blending of garlic, oregano and other select spices that will enhance the flavor of all your foods. Just add a few shakes of before cooking any of your favorite beef, fish or chicken dishes. Vigo Adobo also makes a great marinade. For every l lb. of chicken, poultry or seafood, use 1 Tbsp. of Vigo Adobo, ¼ cup Vigo Olive Oil, ¼ cup vinegar and the freshly squeezed juice of a half of a lemon. Available in three varieties: With Pepper, Without Pepper and With Cumin.
