Weather-resistant capped tube features two 1.25" diameter disposal openings which deter other types of waste. Removable top is secured to base by a concealed chain to prevent theft and vandalism. Two easily operated clasps attach top to base and require no tedious, time consuming alignment to re-attach after emptying. 4.25 gallon fire-safe galvanized steel liner with handle removes for discarding butts. Four nylon glides prevent damage to surfaces and base and allow air flow. Durable UV stabilized powder coated finish endures severe weather and prevents unsightly cigarette burn damage.
