A convenient and safe alternative to ice! Easy to use! Just lay flat in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight. Use to pre-chill cabinets and food pan wells before loading with cold food. For optimum performance, slide Camchiller on top rail and place cold food below. Move Camchiller down as food is removed to minimize open space and maximize cold food temperatures. Perfect for maintaining cold foods for satellite feeding, off-site feeding or outdoor events. NSF listed and dishwasher safe.
