KLT-G Gas Tri-Leg Kettle with Manual Tilt - Features include 2/3 steam jacket, electronic ignition, high efficiency power burner, low water shut off with indicator light, pressure switch, pressure relief valve, integral controls with an operating temperature range of 165-275°F (74-135°C) a maximum pressure of 50 PSI (345 kPa) and a stainless steel console, faucet racket, manual tilt mechanism will allow the kettle to tilt past 90° for complete emptying. Type 316 stainless steel liner for 20 and 40 gallon models.
