KLS-E Electric Tri-Leg Stationary Kettle - Features include 2/3 steam jacket, three stainless steel tubular legs fitted with a four hole adjustable foot for securing to the floor, 2” sanitary draw off valve with perforated strainer, faucet bracket, removable elements, integral controls with and operating temperature range of 165-285°F (74-140°C) and a maximum pressure of 50 PSI (345 kPa). Type 316 stainless steel liner for 20, 30 and 40 gallon models.
