Blodgett Gas Stacked Combination Oven Steamer Model BC CCNG

BC-CCNG BC-14G combi-oven/steamer stacked with CNV-14G convection oven. Combi section has new features: including deliming indicator light, utilization review, and press fit door gasket. Plus, two-speed fan, steam on demand and Vario Steam® feature for poaching. Pan capacity (14) 18” x 26” bake pans or (28) 12” x 20” x 2-1/2” steam table pans. Each section complete with 13-position rack guides, 5 wire shelves, water pressure regulator, and cord & plug. One hose and spray assembly, deliming bottle with manual pump assembly, one pressure spray bottle, 4” casters and stacking hardware included.
