BC-142G Two BC-14G stacked. Introducing new feature: including deliming indicator light, utilization review, and press fit door gasket. Plus, twospeed fan, steam on demand, and Vario Steam® feature for poaching. Pan capacity (14) 18” x 26” bake pans or (28) 12” x 20” x 2-1/2” steam table pans. Each section complete with 13-position rack guides and 5 wire selves, water pressure regulator and vented drain assembly. One hose and spray assembly, one pressure spray bottle, eliming bottle with manual pump assembly, 4” casters, and stacking hardware included.
