Hot Dogs are safely cooked, buns are gently warmed...and merchandised to your customers. Steam is generated from a non-exposed heating source, making this unit the easiest to clean, in the industry. Special angled shield at the top of the interior directs condensation from stream away from the hot dog buns. Stainless steel and tempered glass construction. The DS-1A holds over 150 hot dogs and over 60 buns. This great merchandising unit will broil up to 150 franks per hour. The individual cradles are removable to make cleanup a snap. Easy front access to hot dogs. Front panel is open (no glass) for self merchandising. Please note: DR-1A and BH-1A are listed with UL, NSF and CSA as individual components only, not as the DR-2A package.
