 You may not develop superhuman sight, but carrots have long been known to improve eye sight. Full of vitamins and antioxidants, not much can beat the great crunchy sweetness of carrots. Although we may love the taste, we may not necessarily want to go through all the preparation of washing, peeling, chopping or dicing.
