Its flavor is pungent and savory as it mixes delicate herbs with the biting flavor of garlic. The consistency is comparable to granulated garlic with visible pieces of herbs. Granulated Garlic:A free-flowing coarse powder with the characteristic flavor and odor of fresh garlic. This product resembles granulated sugar or cornmeal in particle size. Flavor notes include sulfur, toasted and carmelized. Minced Garlic:Small and relatively uniform pieces of cut garlic with a consistent flavor and odor of fresh garlic. This product is similar in size to sesame seeds. Flavor notes include sulfur, toasted and caramelized. Garlic Powder:A form of garlic characterized by its fine powdery consistency and its likeness to fresh garlic in flavor and odor. Flavor notes include sulfur, toasted and carmelized. Garlic Salt:A premium blend of granulated garlic & salt with a powerful & robust garlic flavor profile. By mixing salt w/granulated garlic, this blend allows the pungent flavor of garlic to be more delicate than when straight granulated garlic is used.
