Inside the Poura-Clean canister is a raised line (about 4" from the bottom), fill the Poura-Clean canister up to this line with water that is warm, but never too warm to touch. Insert your pour spouts into the removable tray, facing the spouts towards the middle. You can do this with the center spindle and top lid in place, or you can remove the spindle and lid with a simple squeeze of the locking tab near the bottom of the spindle. With the loaded tray locked onto the spindle, lower the tray into the canister and with a twist, lock the top lid onto the canister. Grip the top handle and pump the spindle up and down four or five times and your done! Your pour spouts are now super clean and ready to be reinserted in your bottles. Additional trays For cleaning large numbers of spouts, consider additional removable trays. Stage multiple trays, and run them through the Poura-clean canister one after another in rapid succession. Hundreds of spouts can be cleaned in a tiny fraction of the time required to soak and rinse them.
