Bunn O Matic Medium Temperature Water Dispensers

Two gallon model dispenses 2 gallons (7.57 litres) of hot water. Five gallon model dispenses up to 18 gallons (68.14 litres) of boiling water (H5X) per hour for food prep and cleaning. Ten gallon model dispenses up to 24 gallons (90.85 litres) of boiling water per hour for food prep and cleaning. Pourover model tank size: 80 oz. (2.37 litres) Precise temperature (72-212F) (22.2C- 100C) ensures consistent results when preparing large amounts of mashed potatoes, gravy, cheese sauce, gelatin, oatmeal and many more foods. High quality, easy-to-clean stainless steel exterior and tank for a long life. Includes drip tray. (HW2 and OHW models) Includes dry-plug prevention for easy installation. (H10X models) Pourover model plugs into any 120 volt outlet, no plumbing needed. H5 models can be front or side wall mounted for space savings.
