China Cap Strainer

The china cap-style strainer is fitted with two hooks for hanging over the edge of a stock pot. The top hook allows the strainer to sit level with the pan when used in combination with the 4700R as a food mill to purée food. The lower hook leans the strainer against the side of the pan during straining to eliminate back splash. Diameter of the holes is 5/64".
