Machines are available in five sizes; 30lb, 45lb, 70lb, 110lb and 175lb capacities, all constructed with polished stainless steel and high-density polyurethane insulated. Self-contained refrigeration lowers food temperatures from 160 degree F (71 degree C) to 38 degree F (3.3 degree C) in less than two hours (chill times may vary depending on food texture and density). Operator features include solid-state control panel with easy to read display, manual or automatic operation and on-board core temperature probe to monitor chill cycle.
