Cambro Fliplids For Pans
The innovative FlipLid keeps food fresher and makes any foodservice operation safer and more efficient. With the FlipLid on a food pan, food can be held without getting dried out, increasing yields. Instead of removing a lid and possibly cross-contaminating food, just flip up the lid an easily access pan contents. Notched and non-notched versions are available. The notch allows a portion scoop or spoon to be held in the pan. The lid stays up at 94° for easy access. Stack with lids and pans. Easily taken apart for cleaning. Available in tough polycarbonate and high heat in 1/6, 1/3 and 1/2 pan sizes. Fits Camwear® pans, Cambros High Heat Pans and most common metal pans.
