Developed by Phillips chefs, each cake is made with an equal amount of Phillips blue swimming backfin crab meat and tender shrimp pieces. Roasted red peppers, celery, onion, and our own exclusive seasonings flavor these scrumptious cakes. These cakes require no thaw time before cooking, and are easy to bake or pan-saute. Phillips introduces Crab and Shrimp Cakes to their already successful line of seafood products! Every crab and shrimp cake is 50% protein consisting of an equal mix of Phillips backfin crab meat and tender shrimp. They are made with roasted red peppers, celery, onions, and our own exclusive blend of seasonings.
